Our chief litigator, Kenneth J. Finger , worked for a New York City law firm for nine years before beginning his own practice in 1973. He has successfully handled thousands of cases, and his firm has grown to four skilled lawyers.

We understand the importance of cost-effective and timely resolutions of disputes. Our trial lawyers work toward out-of-court settlements whenever possible. If a trial is in our clients’ best interests, we will readily take a case to court. Our attorneys have argued in courts throughout the New York area, including New York’s highest court, the Court of Appeals and the Federal District Court and Federal court of Appeals.
